Three Easy Steps to purchase your Fairway Green Home with a floor plan & color scheme that you like.

STEP 1:

      1.       Emailing us with your information

2.       Attending our Presentation Center Open : Daily 1:30-4:00 p.m. located at 608 Fairway Ave. 

      3.       Calling to arrange an appointment with Sheila or Chuck @ 250-477-1100.

STEP 2:

We allow you 2 days to think it over, and then we have a Standard Sales Contract with the following “Subject Conditions” for your protection:

1.       A new first mortgage being made available to the Buyer of an amount, rate and term satisfactory to the buyer by                                         , 2010 or sooner, with written confirmation of such mortgage to be provided by the lender to the Seller's satisfaction in order to satisfy this condition.

2.       The Buyer reviewing the contents of the Disclosure Statement such to be to the Buyer's satisfaction by                                             , 2010 or sooner.

3.         The Buyer's lawyer approving the form of the documentation and the disclosure statement by                                                   , 2010 or sooner.

We allow you up to 2 weeks to acquire the information and the financing approvals as outlined in the above “Subject Conditions”.

·         If you are not satisfied with the results then the contract is discarded and you move on.

·         If you’re happy with the results, then you remove your subject conditions and provide a $10,000 deposit that is held in Trust. This deposit forms part of your purchase price and is deducted from the price you are paying.

·         The balance of the Purchase price is not payable until your Completion Date noted on your Contract.
